The Reliance XRPro range offers enhanced communication and expansion features, making it ideal for larger homes and advanced installations, while the standard XR system is an excellent cost-effective upgrade solution for most residential properties.

Can I upgrade my old Hills Reliance alarm system without replacing everything?

Yes. Reliance XR upgrade kits are specifically designed to modernise older Hills NX and Reliance alarm systems while often reusing existing sensors, sirens and alarm wiring. This can significantly reduce upgrade costs.

Is the Reliance XR compatible with older Hills NX alarm systems?

Yes. The Reliance XR is backward compatible with many Hills NX4, NX8 and older Reliance alarm systems. Existing detectors, wiring and accessories can often remain installed.
