The Ness 4G Dialler Gen3 is designed for straightforward installation, with no programming of the dialler required. It connects to a compatible alarm panel's existing telephone dialler output and uses a 4G cellular connection to transmit supported alarm communications.
Supplied without a SIM card, this model allows you to source a compatible full-size SIM card separately, subject to network compatibility and coverage at your installation location.

Compatibility and Important Information
The Ness 4G Dialler Gen3 is designed to provide a cellular pathway for compatible alarm control panels with landline diallers. Compatibility depends on the alarm panel, reporting format, cellular network and installation requirements.

A compatible full-size SIM card is required and is not included.

Confirm adequate cellular coverage at the installation location before purchasing.

When upgrading from an older 3G dialler, replace the existing antenna with the supplied 4G antenna.

The supplied 12V power adapter must be used.

Ness advises that reliable Contact ID reporting over VoLTE cannot be guaranteed and is not recommended. Confirm the required reporting format with your alarm installer or monitoring provider before purchase.

The unit should be tested weekly to verify cellular reception and correct operation.
Requires a 4G compatible GSM SIM card (Not prepaid) This model is supplied without a SIM card - it requires a full-size SIM which must be sourced and installed by the purchaser.

Due to signal distortion and timing inconsistencies caused by analog-to-digital conversion over VoLTE, the reliable transmission of CONTACT ID reporting format over 4G networks cannot be guaranteed and is therefore not recommended.
• This product is designed to provide a cellular pathway for alarm control panels with landline diallers in the absence of landlines.
• Not intended for industrial use.
• Not recommended for use in lift cars or other non-stationary situations.
• Ensure that the location has adequate cellular signal and test operation after installation.
• The unit must be tested weekly to verify cellular reception and correct operation.
• The 12V plug pack supplied must be used. Do not connect to an unregulated or 'noisy' power supply.
